In episode 3, Ryan & Nadia jump into one of the most important topics for rural people in Namibia. Food & farming. They are joined by two farmers, Uaperendua & Joseph to hear about how farming has changed during the drought & what support they need to be able to provide food security for their community.
Guest appearances: Uaperendua Muzuma & Joseph Muzuma - farmers in Ehi Rovipuka Conservancy. Siegfried Muzuma - conservancy committee member & our translator for this episode.

A great question Neville! We found it quite heavy that people are having to change diets in some areas of Namibia due to the drought. But your question is a good one, as always, a lot of judgement from the west when really we should be looking inward?

Love the episode....this got me thinking, the meat and 2 veggie diet is the healthiest thing in the world, the balanced diet consumed in western countries is not as healthy as it sounds....which countries have prevalence of food related diseases like cholesterol and diabetes?
